Users who violate these Policies will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site. Users should check these Policies periodically. OUR SITE USES COOKIES:

OUR SITE USES WEBSTAT TO GENERATE WEB STATISTICS:

WebStat is a CGI application for generating and showing web statistics for our Website. WebStat generates statistics about hit counts, referring page, visitors country, visitors IP-address, visitors domain name, hit count charts with arbitrary accuracy and size etc. This information is used to help us better determine how our site is accessed, and at what times, so that we can make sure that our servers are not overwhelmed at peak times. This information is also used to determine where visitors are being referred from in order to make better advertising decisions.

SECURITY:

We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of your Personally Identifiable Information. We do not sell e-mail addresses, nor allow them to be used by any third party.

PRODUCT AND SERVICES INFORMATION

Most products (and some services) offered by Participants on the Site are available in select Participant Websites, however, prices and availability may vary. Prices shown on the Participant sites apply to products and services on the their sites. Price and availability are subject to change without notice.

We attempt to display all Participants shown on the Site in an accurate manner, however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our Participants and customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape, and color of the products.

CONDUCT OF USERS

Properties operates the Site from its offices within the United States. Properties makes no representations that content and materials on the Site are legal or appropriate for use from outside the United States. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws. You may not use the Site in violation of US export laws and regulations. These Policies will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed therein.
