Missing or damaged pieces do not constitute a return. If you have purchased an item and found some pieces missing or damaged, we will be happy to replace them at no cost to you. There is no need to return the item.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items must be received in salable condition, unopened and returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of sales or reduced priced items, catalogs or books.

Should returned products, on orders containing discounts, result in product totals falling below the discount's qualification, the discount originally applied will be eliminated and factored into the resulting refund.

All returns must be sent PREPAID – NO COD’s ACCEPTED. You are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse. All returns should be sent to:

Refunds are made to the customer’s original form of payment; ie.: credit card, or Pay Pal account. If a Money Order was received as the form of payment, a refund check will be mailed to the order's Billing Address. If a Gift Certificate was applied when the order was submitted, the refund will be made in the form of a new Gift Certificate issued to the email address provided with the order. If requested, we can provide Store Credit in the form of a Gift Certificate.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please provide the item number, description, and quantity of missing/damaged item(s). You can either email the information to [email protected] or call us at 800-354-9239 9AM – 5PM EST Monday – Friday. Our standard shipping charge is required for all exchanges. Once the exchange request is received, we will adjust your order for you and advise how to complete the payment process.
